Common questions
- What should I bring?
- A swimsuit, water bottle, and an open mind. Please bring your own towel to sit on. Leave the flip-flops — the trailer floor is clean and warm.
- How hot does it get?
- The sauna runs between 170–195°F (77–90°C). First-timers are welcome — you control how long you stay in and how many rounds you do.
- Is the cold plunge mandatory?
- Not at all. The contrast cycle is part of the ritual, but you go at your own pace. Some guests skip the plunge entirely and just enjoy the heat.
- Can I book for a special occasion?
- Absolutely. Private sessions are popular for birthdays, bachelorettes, and team events. We're based at Pavilion Beach, Ipswich — reach out via the contact page for larger or custom bookings.
